Day One of the Dirty Thirty trip began in the desert of northern Nevada. We camped just outside the Jarbidge Wilderness, which I will definitely be exploring more sometime in the future--preferably after a particularly wet winter.
Ah, vacation.
Rounding a corner on the Jarbidge road we came across these things. They were in a hurry to get somewhere. The video sucks but you get the idea.

How do you guys each get 30 days off of work. What is this Europe or something.
Dirty Thirty refers to my 30th birthday, not 30 days off of work. We just took one week off and now we can't miss another minute of work until like 2009 or something.
