A New World.

After about twenty years, I think I'm finally over my fear/hatred of bicycles. A couple heinous accidents as a kid (no brakes, retaining wall) and I was on to different modes of transport. I think I'm ready to move on. And so I bought a new (used) bike and am venturing out into the world of bicycles.

Silver Fork

Finally caught some fish on a river other than Golden Trout Creek. Silver Fork is a great river relatively close to Sac. I went up after work and was virtually the only person there. The fish were rising and I caught at least five before it got too dark.

Guide Training on the American River

Just returned from nine days of guide training on the South Fork and Middle Fork American River. This week far exceeded my expectations. Awesome.
