Dog Years.

Dogs get old. That is what I learned this weekend. For the first time in nine plus years, the trail got the most of Dora. The coarse granite trail did a number on her paws and by the time we realized it we were miles from the car. She toughed it out, but it was painful for sure. She is recovering now. Lesson learned.
